Privacy policy

PairProof helps you create before-and-after job reports on your device. The app does not require an account, send report content to a developer server, or include advertising, analytics SDKs, or AI services.

Reports, photos, and business details

Client names, property details, notes, photos, templates, and your business profile are stored in the app’s local storage. Camera access is used only when you choose to take a photo. Photos selected from your library or Files are processed locally.

Images are resized and re-encoded. Original GPS and camera metadata are not copied into the saved image. The service date and location on a report are supplied by you; reports are not independently verified or tamper-proof evidence.

Purchases and free reports

Apple processes payments and supplies verified purchase entitlements. We do not receive your payment card details. PairProof stores the identifiers and content fingerprints of up to three free reports in your device’s Keychain to record the allowance and allow repeat sharing of finalized reports. These records contain no readable photos or client details and are not sent to the developer. Records from earlier builds may store only the first free report’s identifier.

The free allowance is local to the device and does not reset when a report is deleted. Keychain records may remain after app reinstallation. Unlimited purchases can be restored through Apple; restoring a purchase does not restore your local report library.

Sharing and backups

When you choose to save or share a PDF, the destination you select receives that file. Device backups, iCloud backups, email, and other sharing services operate according to your settings and the providers’ policies. PairProof does not provide its own cloud library or account recovery service.

Retention and deletion

Deleting a report removes its library entry. Internal image copies may remain in app storage to avoid removing a photo another report uses. Uninstalling the app removes its local library, but free-report records may remain in Keychain. You manage separately any PDFs you exported and any system backups. Save important reports before removing the app.

Optional in-app feedback

If you tap Submit feedback, PairProof sends the reply email and message you enter, the app version, and a random submission reference to Formspree over HTTPS. Formspree forwards the feedback to haowenapps@gmail.com and stores a copy in our support dashboard. We use feedback to answer your question and troubleshoot issues. This is optional and is not required to create reports or use paid features.

Reports, photos, business details, client names and property addresses are not automatically attached. Please do not include unnecessary client or sensitive information. The feedback service also processes connection information, such as IP addresses, for delivery, security and spam filtering. See Formspree’s privacy policy for its practices. The app does not store feedback-service cookies or use feedback for advertising or tracking.

Support messages and their reply email are retained as needed to resolve requests, subject to the service provider’s retention settings and applicable obligations. You can email us to request access, correction or deletion of feedback we hold.

Support and this website

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond and troubleshoot. Please avoid sending unnecessary client information. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve your request; you can contact us to request deletion, subject to applicable obligations.

This support website has no advertising or analytics scripts. The hosting infrastructure processes requests needed to deliver the pages, which can include an IP address and standard browser request information.
