A free report is finalized when you confirm and open Save or Share. You can share it again anytime. For changes, make a copy or unlock Unlimited. Deleting a report does not reset the allowance.

Tap the feedback bubble on the PairProof home screen. Enter your reply email and message, then choose Submit feedback. Feedback goes directly to our support inbox; you do not need to open or configure a mail app. Reports and photos are not attached.
How do I restore Unlimited?
Open Purchase details or See details on the home screen, then choose Restore purchases. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. Restoring a purchase does not restore local reports or photos.
Why can’t I export a report?
Every area needs both a Before and an After photo. Tap the missing-photo list to jump to a specific slot. After three finalized free reports, exporting another report requires Unlimited. Previously finalized free reports remain shareable.
How do I photograph the next visit?
Use Report actions → Next visit. The app keeps the client, property, and room layout, and starts with empty photo slots and notes.
Where are my photos stored?
Reports and processed photos are stored in the app on your device. PairProof has no developer-hosted photo storage or cross-device library sync. Save important PDFs to Files or another destination before removing the app.
What if camera access was denied?
Open your device’s Settings, find PairProof, and allow Camera access. You can also import images from Photos or Files.
